Someone must speak for these animals. The animals who risk their lives as honorably as their human partners on the force. Officer Hubka left his K-9 partner in a car with no air or ventilation for several hours which resulted in Forrest\'s death from heat stroke. NOT while out on a call, or during a time of duty- but in Officer Hubkas home drive way. Not only should charges be brought against him, but his postion with the San Diego police department should be terminated. Neither of which have been done yet.
