Final supporters
Objective of this petition is to urge the MMU management to draft a more systematic academic calender especially on the holidays for several main new year festival such as Hari Raya, Deepavali and Chinese New Year.
- We sincerely hope that MMU management can listen to the voice of the students and make at least 1 week holidays for Hari Raya, Chinese New Year and Deepavali start from next year.
We also hope that MMU management can consider the suggestion in this petition and treat every MMU students equally regardless of race and religion.
- This petition will submit to the MMU Management during the Town Hall Session on 25/1/2017 (Wednesday).

Please consider those who stay far away from MMU, Melaka. Please be fair to each of the races. If Hari Raya able to holiday for a week, why not Chinese New Year? Come on lah.
I am from Perlis. I could not always go back because of the expensive bus fee and long ride. CNY is the only time I could gather with my family. I spent almost one day go back, another one day come back. You give me 4 days holiday what do u expect?
If have one week holidays is better for all the mmu students. We can find a replacement in regards to our class before or after Chinese new year.
I totally agree with this statement as some of need to book tickets weeks earlier before the holiday starts. It's the season of festivals, sure students wanted to spend more time with the family and friends.
I think should at least 3 to 5 days of holifays excluding saturday and sunday because students from sabah and sarawak cannot get to go back to their hometown. They need to have at least a few days to celebrate with their families.
Please give 1 week holiday for all major celebrations
Please give one week holidays for every major festive season.

Have mercy on the students... give them a less stress feeling when comes to any major festival. It will help them perform better n raise standard of achievement in MMU ...
