These times are tough, there is no doubt about it. These times are especially tough for the low income students who may not have a home, have a packed home, lack of technology, and lack of other important academic resources. Us students are struggling to balance home life with academics and it simply isn’t working. We shouldn’t be penalized for not being able to adapt to the changes and circumstances that are clearly beyond our control. This petition, with enough signatures, will hopefully even out the playing fields for all by changing the grading system from what it traditionally is now to a pass/ fail system that won’t affect students GPAs as long as remote learning is going on.
