We are getting so near to that one hundred mark and it honestly feels like things are moving way faster than I expected which is just amazing because Lawson really deserves this honor. If you can just blast this link out to your own circles right now we might actually hit the goal before the day is out and that would be such a huge deal for the neighborhood.

I want to sign too. I am seven and Erika cuts my hair, Mr. Lawson was my friend, and my daddy friend too.
I think this is a great idea, Robert Lawson and the Lawson family have been staples in the community for many, many years. They've taken care of people, kept them looking good and were great examples of entrpreneurship and love of community and people.
Mr. Lawson gave me my start as a hair stylist in 1984 fresh out of hair school. Been doing hair since.
This should be a given. When you think Egleston, you think Lawson's barbershop. I think it's only right to honor the man who remained a staple in this community and dedicated his services for so many years. There should without question be a landmark in the community named after him.
45 Years in Egleston Square and the family is still holding it down. Let's honor his memory and the family's contribution to our community by naming this space in honor of him.

I am a Master Barber from Roxbury, Mass. And I sincerely support naming the Street after Mr. Lawson who was a great Master Barber and assisted me in my growth & development as a Barber, he is in fact a “ICON” in Black Boston’s History...
