I have been hearing from so many neighbors who are worried about how this extension changes the character of our streets. Your messages about the long-term impact on our families are the reason I keep pushing back against this proposal.

Seeing this level of unity among our neighbors proves that we refuse to let our community be changed without a say. This momentum shows that the people living here care deeply about our home and our future.

Vote not to include
Beside the reasons stated :
Once you start changing the status quo the Municipality could impose further restrictions. The developer just wants to sell.
The development corner 12 and wessel has guard’s
If we do accept won’t it be difficult to object to 20 story developments within our closure ?

Too much congestion on Gary
Increased risk to security in adding another gate
No real obligation on the developers or body corporate to follow through on their promise putting the increased burden of management and payments on the RRC community

Vote No due to increased security risk and the safety of the children walking, playing and riding their biks in the streets.

No to including Tyto development into the RRC enclosure.
Their inclusion offers no benefit to the RRC community, only cost. The and lower contribution means they won’t even cover the additional cost they causing the enclosure to incur, especially if additional entrance is required. Good for Tyto, not good for residents, more cost, more risk, more congestion. No from 22 River Road

NO to extend RRC.
Wessels road turning into Gary absolutely can't support more vehicles queuing in the evenings. The extra contributions won't cover the extra need for road maintenance and protection services. We would certainly need an extra manned access point to handle the increased traffic and even at full contributions that would be tough to manage.

No from 58B Bevan Road - the current road closure residents receive no benefit from including additional complexes and bear all the responsibilities for payment of infrastructure as new body corporates are not legally bound by what developers say they will do. So it really doesn’t matter what the developer offer is, it has no value in the future when the complex is handed over to the body corporate.
