We, the undersigned, object to the proposal of a place of worship/meeting hall, at 23 Jackey Drive, Bridgewater Estate, Camden Park. Safety for pedestrians, children, residents and motorist is paramount, this proposal will put our safety at risk. The proposed facility will increase the traffic, will increase noise and will increase the traffic flow within the estate. Bridgewater Estate was designed as a residential estate with only residential dwellings and traffic. This is evident as Stockland Developments guidelines, "Bridgewater Design Guidelines" relate only to residential dwellings. The applicant has acknowledged their onsite parking is insufficient, with up to 200 attending events. THIS WILL INVOLVE OVER 100 EXTRA CAR MOVEMENTS WITHIN THE ESTATE. We request Wollondilly Councillors to consider the interest, safety and well being of all residents and visitors and reject the rescission motion, thus upholding the original decision to reject the proposal.
