Many of the residents in Williams Park are concerned about a proposed project of over 670 condos (dwelling units) being presented to the city of Spring Hill's Planning Commission for approval in the front section of the neighborhood off Ray Williams Drive. Since Ray Williams is one of the main access roads to the homes in Williams Park, many residents are concerned about the increase in traffic that this proposed community will add to the Williams Park neighborhood as this could potential add over 1,300 more residents and cars to our neighborhood.

It is the opinion of the City Planning staff and many of the neighbors that this project is not the best use for this land and goes against the initial zoning for Cottages and Villas to be built on this property. However, we're not assured that this project will not be approved. So, we're asking for as many residents in the area surrounding Williams Park to sign this petition which will be presented at the next planning commission meeting on March 6th.

Thank you for taking the time to sign this petition and for your support!
