This idea is ridiculous! Adding condos and rezoning an area in our neighborhood as commercial will only add to the traffic issues we already have!

I bought here 4 years ago and loved how small the community was. Now there are new homes and new families but the community is still relatively small. Traffic has increased and the addition of "condo's" will increase the traffic here. condo's are just another fancy name for apartments....I say no!

Too much development, not enough infrastructure to support it

Don't let this happen. It will lessen our property values and this was not what we were told we were buying into when we bought in Williams Park.

This is a horrible idea. if builder's are so concerned about maximizing their profits, they should raise the initial cost of the homes they are building. do not punish people who bought homes with the promise of villas & homes behind them and then magically switch to condos. Unscrupulous.

The current zoning for cottages and villas is sufficient for the infrastructure in this neighborhood. High density condos will not only overload the current infrastructure but will devalue existing property.

Adding a potential 1,000+ residents and cars would be very detrimental to our community!

Just say "No" to the condos. However, I've been through a similar situation when I lived in Tampa, FL. The homeowners were against apartments being built within our housing subdivision and they were built anyway. I would love for this to stop the condos however I really doubt this will have any affect. It's the power of the almighty dollar.

My family does not want condos being built in our neighborhood. That area was originally zoned for single family homes, that is why we purchased this home in Williams Park. If we had any idea that condos would potentially be built here, we would have never bought a house in this neighborhood. Condos will only bring negative affects for current homeowners and to the growth of this neighborhood. Stop only thinking about money and think about the community. Do what is right and keep with the original plans of single family homes in Williams Park. My family is against condos in Williams Park!

NOT in support of this. I ask that the developer and elected officials only keep the plans that we expressed when we bought. A chance to do what's right--please make good on this, mayor and other voters!
