Petition to request a Research Masters (MRes) Degree to cater for disciplines studied at Wrexham Glyndwr University Northop Campus
We, the undersigned, are petitioning for an availability of a Research Masters Degree (MRes) in the discipline of Life Sciences, within the Northop Campus of Wrexham Glyndwr University. Interest is primarily expressed upon this petition from the disciplines of; Animal Studies, Wildlife and Plant Biology and Equine Science and Welfare Management degree courses; from current students in addition to Alumni.
Recent government funding initiatives have made this path more accessible, and we, the undersigned, would like the opportunity granted to progress professionally and academically, and to be able to qualify with a Research Masters Degree from Wrexham Glyndwr University.

3rd Year BSc (Hons) Wildlife & Plant Biology. Coming, as I am, to the end of my current degree and seeking options for the future, it would be ideal if there was a possibility to progress within an environment and with people that I know. Also an MRes would certainly do much to raise the university's, and specifically Northop's, profile.
This is something that the university needs. It will bring research, funding and a new generation of scientists to glyndwr. I personally am banking on this degree for my future that I would like to have at glyndwr.

2nd Year FdSc Animal Studies. Would like to be able to progress onto Masters after completion of my 3rd year BSc.
