I live next door to the dog and his owner. I have seem him beat the crap out of this dog over and over again. he beats him with a golf club also. He uses a shock collar to shock him over and over again for no reason. please help stop the abuse. Help Buddy

Take the dog away. Save this fur-baby..... Get someone to beat the hell out of this guy on a daily basis to show him how it feels. Instead of calling local police, try the state & see if they can help you. Back woods thinking means a slow death to most pets...
