We are opposed to the Hadaway Road Community (Z-75) planned development for the following reasons: - Z-75 was part of larger development (Z-66) approved by the Board of Comissioners (BOC) in 2015. At that time, the BOC agreed that 10 homes not 40 homes was the appropriate number of homes for the now Hadaway Road Community (Z-75) site. - The proposed density of 3.34 units per acre is not consistent with the surrounding communities. Most of the surrounding communities are designated as either R20 or R30. - There is an existing wetland feature on site that is not being addressed in the proposed design.

The zoning change that was approved in 2015 was already a compromise to accommodate the developer's desire at that time to increase density. Now, to further increase the density would be a travesty. Keep the zoning in this area unchanged.

Maintain the previously approved zoning. The roads in this area are already too congested and the intersections are dangerous. Add lanes to the roads in West Cobb starting with Whitlock between Marietta and John Ward road.

As a Brown's Farm resident of 18 years I am dismayed by the changes to this area over the past decade. To zone this area Z-75 is a travesty. The development should remain as previously zoned. This area is already overly congested and dangerous.

As a homeowner and taxpayer, I am opposed to the added traffic congestion the proposal would add to an already overloaded area. The planned housing density is not in keeping with the adjacent neighborhoods.

As a Browns Farm resident I strongly feel the space is fine for 10 homes but definitely not 40! Would create much congestion and overloaded roads!!

I am not in favor of anything being zoned or built on this property parcel. Too much green space has been lost in this area of Cobb. The traffic implications have already had a negative affect on commuters and the local High Schools are overcrowded..... again!
