I am opposed to the plan to increase density(Z-75) at the Hadaway Road Community. Z-75 is not consistant with surrounding developments and will further exacerbate already congested traffic flows.

I oppose this development-

This proposed development is not congruous with the surrounding area. I strongly oppose Z-75.

I oppose the increase in the number of homes. No changes to the existing agreement

Maintain the previous approved zoning. Density of homes burden schools and other services.

Maintain the previously approved zoning. Opposed to the Z-75 planned development.

The zoning change that was approved in 2015 was already a compromise to accommodate the developer's desire at that time to increase density. Now, to further increase the density would be a travesty. Keep the zoning in this area unchanged.
