The school administration finally folded and cleared Devon of these ridiculous charges. We proved that they cannot ruin a kid's life over a misunderstood joke while ignoring the real bullies. Keep your eyes open because we are not letting them come after anyone else like this again.

Everyone signing this can agree Devon Molina is innocent. He clearly did say something stupid, AFTER being called a terrorist. Even after he made the C4 comment, he went on to say he was joking because he could never afford it and he would never think like that. "It was obviously a joke" and the whole conversation started with talking about politics like most people saw.

Free Devon. He is a teen who made a dumb joke, and the Somerset Police Department is trying to meet some quotas and make an example of him. Free Devon.
I've known Devon for a long time and he's one of the nicest people I know. He obviously did not think before he tweeted but he DOES NOT deserve a felony to haunt him for the rest of his life due to a stupid tweet.
Devon is a close friend of our nephew's and we have known him for many years. He is very simply a nice kid. While we understand that recent events have reminded us all of the need for security in this modern world, we would hate to see someone's life destroyed over an admittedly tasteless joke.
Free devon he does not deserve to have a felony on his record for the rest of his life, he is one of the nicest people i know and this is all something that got out of hand because something stupid got put on twitter, he doesn't deserve a criminal record that could keep him from getting a job or applying to college!!
Devon is a great kid and this is prime example of a predominantly white raced school targeting a minority. I am Caucasian and can see this clear as day. Furthermore this abuse of power from authorities is unacceptable.

Love Devon so much. If we were all held responsible for every stupid, little, innocent comment or dumb thing we ever said or did in our lives... Then we would all be guilty !!!
