For those with and without children, soon-to-be parents, homeowners, taxpayers, etc School District 308 has decided to change the district boundaries over the summer of 2017. Our children, who originally attended Churchill, an excellent school just minutes away in our town are now being shuffled much farther to Long Beach Elementary in Boulder Hill/Montgomery. For those without children, this change of boundaries also affects you as a homeowner and taxpayer when and if you attempt to sell your home. This affects everyone, and we all deserve a say in what happens in our community and with our children.
