Coach McClain should be allowed to finish the season because he brings a unique energy to the team as the true players coach and the high spirit of the team who keeps everyone motivated. He means a lot to the players, not just for his coaching skills, but for his ability to lighten the mood and make the game enjoyable even during tough times. His humor and positive attitude help create a relaxed atmosphere where the players can thrive and bond as a team. Letting him finish the season would allow the team to keep benefiting from his infectious enthusiasm and the strong morale he builds.

I logged on and saw the sheer volume of activity and my head is spinning a bit because I really did not think people would jump on this so fast. It is honestly heartening to see so many of you who recognize the way Coach McClain keeps spirits up at practice because those guys honestly deserve to finish the season exactly how they started it.

I appreciate Coach Mcclain for training my grandson and training our players, he goes above and beyond to see these kids thrive.
Coach B is an amazing coach by far one of the most understanding and caring person I ever met. We are taught that our mistakes doesn’t define us. One mistake shouldn’t discount all the good he's done through just being himself.
I can’t express enough how much Coach Mcclain helped me as a player and as a young man. He believes in all his players, and just wants the best for us. He goes out of his way to get extra work with his kids on Sundays. His presence was felt all around the field emotionally and physically. He truly is a great man bring back Coach Mcclain.
Coach McClain not only brings expertise to the field but he brings heart. He was bread and buttered at PHS and he is a genuine, real coach and role model for these young boys. He coached my son for 3 years and I couldn’t be more grateful. On & off the field Bryce McClain pours his heart into the young men he works with. He is an asset in every way. It would be a great loss for the team as a whole without his irreplaceable presence.
i feel as if coach mcclain was a amazing part of coaching staff and made the practices better, he has a great sense of humor and is great with ALL the kids i feel it’s important to the seniors as well as it’s there last year playing football with phillipsburg and should have the opportunity to finish off the season with them

Please allow him to finish the rest of the season and keep the boys on the path they are on as his absence is breaking the hearts of many of the boys and can cause them to loose the momentum to even continue playing
