We, the residents of SMDC Grace Residences located along Cayetano Avenue, Brgy. Ususan, Taguig City adjacent to where the proposed new City Hall of Taguig will be built are writing you this letter to share our dismay re the cellular signal provided in the said address above.
It is per our collective experience that the cellular signal of Globe Telecom is below average rendering local calls and data connection unusable resulting to poor service and customer satisfaction.
We have but a humble and simple request to have a qualified Globe representative make a study of the area and propose to the powers-must-be a solution to this conundrum; solving this issue will yield customer satisfaction and increase in availment of Globe services in the area and is a great addition to the on-going project that is the new City Hall of Taguig which will soon be crowded and add more levels of blockages to the said signal which if not addressed soon will result to a weaker Globe signal than it is now.
We sincerely hope that your good company, Globe Telecom, can expedite resolution of this issue in our area which your loyal customers will surely appreciate.
With the full support based on unparalleled public service of our esteemed Mayor Lino Edgardo Cayetano, we are sincerely hoping that this will gain proper attention.

I spent half the morning trying to load a basic map for work and the connection just sat there spinning while I stared at my phone screen in total frustration. It is wild how we are supposed to function in a modern city without reliable service but I am currently drafting a letter to the local planning office to see if they can finally force a conversation between the provider and our building management.

I really thought this was just going to be me grumbling into the void about my spotty reception but the way this has taken off is honestly shocking. Seeing so many neighbors feeling the exact same frustration makes me think that maybe we actually have a shot at getting a signal that works for once.

Super bad signal inside my unit... cant even load facebook properly. Globe pls fix this ASAP because we are paying for our subscription too!
Long time globe user here and we really need an upgrade in system to strengthen the signal in our area.

Been a Globe Postpaid user for at least 5yrs, and I can say our signal in Grace is very weak. I even receive texts so late after I needed it.
