We, the residents of SMDC Grace Residences located along Cayetano Avenue, Brgy. Ususan, Taguig City adjacent to where the proposed new City Hall of Taguig will be built are writing you this letter to share our dismay re the cellular signal provided in the said address above.

It is per our collective experience that the cellular signal of Globe Telecom is below average rendering local calls and data connection unusable resulting to poor service and customer satisfaction.

We have but a humble and simple request to have a qualified Globe representative make a study of the area and propose to the powers-must-be a solution to this conundrum; solving this issue will yield customer satisfaction and increase in availment of Globe services in the area and is a great addition to the on-going project that is the new City Hall of Taguig which will soon be crowded and add more levels of blockages to the said signal which if not addressed soon will result to a weaker Globe signal than it is now.

We sincerely hope that your good company, Globe Telecom, can expedite resolution of this issue in our area which your loyal customers will surely appreciate.
