534 Savannah Highway is a single family residence located in the Savannah Highway Commercial Corridor District.

The structure is in hopeless condition and has been deemed structurally unsalvageable and a life-safety hazard by two independent structural engineers.

I support the demolition of the building at 534 Savannah Highway and the improvement of the site.

This project will improve the overall aesthetic of the district, increase property values, and create small business jobs and tax revenue.

Why keep a structure that could potentially injure an innocent pedestrian walking near the dillapidated structure? Sounds extremely dangerous and liable to the owner.

As a business owner on Savannah Highway, I fully support the removal of this structure for overall improvement and safety of the area.

We live next door within sight of the property; this structure is beyond repair, visibly, and we support the owner’s plans to renovate!

Definitely needs improvement. I love the staff but have left there in the past because of location and parking. Please help solve this situation!

This structure needs to be demolished as soon as possible. Dr. Wisner has worked tirelessly to try and renovate this property, which couldn't be done due to structural issues. It is time for this building to come down and the lot be made to look aesthetically beautiful like the surrounding buildings.

Allowing this facility to remain in its current condition creates a health risk to individuals living or working on adjacent properties and is a safety hazard from an engineering perspective.
