The Lyon's proposal makes the lot more comforming, as a registered voter in Va Beach I fully support the proposed project.
The lot is private property, the proposed changes make the lot more conforming with regard to setback and single family vs duplex - how can anyone logically argue against this?

I support this homeowner's plans to improve his property, which will increase the value, this increasing the taxes paid to the city.
