We the residents of 4800 Forest, are strongly and 100% opposed to the following recommendations presented by Staff to this committee. Our recommendation is to have a pork chop added at Franklin & Forest to require NB cars to make a right turn only on Franklin (and/or) reduce the width of 4800 Forest by approximately 10 feet by extending the East/West parkways by 5 ft. This is extremely effective in reducing speeds in neighboring towns like Glen Ellyn.
If either of our presented recommendations are not something the committee would move forward with, our stance would be to leave our street as-is.

people treat forest like it is a highway. cars fly down here at 50mph constantly and its only a matter of time before someone gets hit. slow it down already!!!
