Keep the park area open for the kids. We dont need more condos blocking the sunlight and taking up all the parking on our street.
Already too much construction going on in Santa Cruz. Save the park.
PLEASE DONT RUIN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. My dogs and I walk here every single day.
Enough with the high density stuff. It makes the whole area feel cramped and loud.
This is ridiculous. The traffic on Frederick is bad enough already without adding a huge complex right next to the park.

The park is the only green space we have left in this part of town. Leave it alone.
