Please sign if you are against the development of 24 town homes on the current site of Clement Preschool.

I hope to be updating the petition as information becomes available.

The project manager is Elizabeth Schuller (408) 535-6862.

I just spoke to Elizabeth Schuller and she said the next step in the permit process is a community meeting. Notices for the community meeting will be mailed to residents who reside within 1000ft of the project. A traffic report has not been done yet. The current proposal does meet the city's parking requirements.

Updates

October 3, 2014

Elizabeth Schuller is pushing forward with these town homes despite the obvious chaos this will bring to our neighborhood. Do not let them think we are going to sit back while they tear down Clement Preschool for more cramped housing. Keep watching this space because I am tracking every move the developers make.

The massive surge of support we just hit proves that this community will not let Elizabeth Schuller bulldoze our history for profit. These developers think they can hide behind permits and empty paperwork but they have no idea what is coming for them.

Keep the school. We dont need more townhomes packed into that tiny lot. Enough is enough with all this construction.

Are you kidding me? The traffic on that road is already a nightmare during drop off times. Adding 24 homes is just going to make it impossible to get through.

Clement preschool is a neighborhood staple. Sad to see developers trying to squeeze money out of everything instead of keeping our community spaces.
