The project at 17 Mercer Street encompasses a full, gut renovation of the existing three family home while maintaining the integrity of the structure itself. Dave intends to revitalize this property in to three units with all updated, modern kitchens and bathrooms to reflect the current trends and styles. The three units have been designed as follows:

• Unit 1 – 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on two floors covering approximately 1300 square feet
• Unit 2 – 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one floor covering approximately 1000 square feet
• Unit 3 – 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one floor covering approximately 1000 square feet

In addition, Dave intends to build external decks off the back portion of the building for each with steel decking and stairs to ensure a second means of egress for the building. The back yard will be carefully manicured and landscaped for use for all three apartments as common space. The yard will be enclosed by a white vinyl or PVC fence offering privacy to the tenants of the building and the surrounding neighbors.
