Management has confirmed the transition to a ten day off roster for all former BMI cabin crew members. We have secured the scheduling parity we requested and implementation will begin during the next rotation cycle. Monitor your official shift patterns closely to ensure the change is applied correctly.

Increase our days off to 10 Days off per month

This is a Petition to get 10 days off per month instead of our current 8/9.

We work to current Euro Fleet scheduling hours and yet receive less days off than the existing BA EF crew, lets try and change this.

Please sign the petition if you agree.

The reach of this petition has shifted our position to a level that requires formal review from management. I have finalized a briefing document that outlines our fleet scheduling discrepancies and will be delivering it to the planning department later this week.

Ridiculous that it is different for us. Same job same hours but we get treated like second class. Sort it out.

The fatigue is real. We are running on empty by the end of every rotation. 10 days is the bare minimum for safety.
