They act like we are robots. Need proper time off for my mental health.
Ridiculous that I cant even book a week off for my own wedding. Management just says no every single time I put a form in.
And the cary over it's a issue as well, many drivers can't take the cary over days???!!!!
I have asked for a holiday to attend family funeral .hospital appointment. Told no .. 8mts notice for a week off when I had 18 days hol told no.
I completely agree with all the points laid out in said letter, but one more thing, when we ask for any holiday we are told that the garage has a driver short fall on that said day,that’s not the drivers fault but management thinks it is . And not like we are asking management today for a holiday tomorrow , we ask at least a month to a month and a half and are still told no. This has to stop.

My kids birthday is coming up and I cant get the day to see them. Why do we have these days if we arent allowed to use them???
