I am honestly overwhelmed by the momentum behind this permit request. It is truly your dedication and belief in the ranch that brought us to this point.

I don’t know what complaints have been lodged asking that the conditional use permit not be approved; however I do know Bob West on a professional level for several years. His leadership at work and his ethics are exemplary. I have no doubts that the 10-4-God Uttermost Ranch will be used for anything other than the support of our Veterans and troubled youth. I have no doubts that the same level of integrity, management and oversight of the Ranch will be used for its stated purpose and with respect for the concerns of neighbors.
Please accept this petition to accept the Conditional Use Permit for 10-4 God Uttermost Ranch. Unlike institutions which accept participants who are appointed to be there by government officials, 10-4 God's Uttermost Ranch is a private organization which offers a place for people who personally want to be here, and who have a sponsor to cover their expenses. This ministry will change the lives of many veterans who need to turn their lives around. There is nothing available for them that is like this program.
Please approve the Conditional Use Permit. Our struggling U.S. Veterans need a place like this to find restoration and healing.
Looking forward to help out any way possible . I live on the same road as the ranch , I don’t see any problem . Doing .GOD’s work , to help the less fortunate
I think this would bring value to Halifax County by providing a place for hurting people to get away from their everyday lives and have a chance at restoration and healing.

Bob West, founder of 10-4 God is a friend and professional colleague. Bob is a man of strong character and is highly committed to ministering to the needs of others. I recommend approval of the CUP.
