Having a christian retreat experience forever changed my life. It was a place to disconnect from society and give my body, soul, and mind a break. Please allow this request to move forward. Anything that helps the community, state and the USA is a great and worthy thing. Allow this to move forward and help hurting people, you never know who's life you could save.

Many people are struggling in life because they lack self worth. Our self worth is established when we realize we are created by a power greater than ourselves. That we are not alone, that someone cares enough to invest their lives in the lives of others, through encouraging, uplifting and assurance. 10-4 God is that opportunity.

I don’t know what complaints have been lodged asking that the conditional use permit not be approved; however I do know
Bob West on a professional level for several years. His leadership at work and his ethics are exemplary. I have no doubts that the 10-4-God Uttermost Ranch will be used for anything other than the support of our Veterans and troubled youth. I have no doubts that the same level of integrity, management and oversight of the Ranch will be used for its stated purpose and with respect for the concerns of neighbors.

Please accept this petition to accept the Conditional Use Permit for 10-4 God Uttermost Ranch. Unlike institutions which accept participants who are appointed to be there by government officials, 10-4 God's Uttermost Ranch is a private organization which offers a place for people who personally want to be here, and who have a sponsor to cover their expenses. This ministry will change the lives of many veterans who need to turn their lives around. There is nothing available for them that is like this program.

Uttermost Ranch will be a great place to help the troubled youth and our Military men coming home with challenges.. Young people are being very troubled these days with everything going on around them. This is a great opportunity for them to get something positive in their lives and hopefully come to know the Lord Jesus as their Saviour as well as provide counseling for soldiers returning that are in need of a place to reconnect.
Please be in Prayer for The Uttermost Ranch and its staff as they embark on this tremendous undertaking to provide a must need service to our Military men and young boys trying to find a place to reconnect to a normal way of life.
We believe that GOD has opened this door for a reason and it will be a Blessing to people for man years to come.
