Hardik brought an energy to our building that has been lacking for years. His kindness and friendliness made 21 Grand Magazine a welcoming place. He remembered small details including names, unit numbers, and even personal interests - I doubt his quality of service and skill can be replaced. His absence was greatly noticed within a couple of days and I am shocked. Please bring him back.

I’m shocked. Whenever we pass by, he is always there to greet us and brings a fresh refreshing energy and human touch where you aren’t just a stranger. We don’t want robots but human beings and this is really disgusting. I didn’t see him for the past two days and was wondering where he is so would have other residents. Bring him back

Wonderful, wonderful man. For many years. Always pleasant, remembered me personally even after moving out and renting the unit for years, if I would call he knew who I was and was always going above and beyond to help in any situation. This is a huge mistake.

quite frankly, I am disgusted and appalled at this wrongful termination. Whoever was involved in making this happen should be ashamed of themselves. truly, it makes me sick to my stomach to think someone would go the length to get this person fired? He is a breath of fresh air for this building, and for community at large. He is the most genuine and hard-working soul, he goes above and beyond for this job that i assume doesn’t even pay enough. As a matter of fact, give this guy a raise
