We, the residents of Suburbia, vehemently protest the unauthorised and autocratic decision of the facility team on behalf of Skyward management to disallow the long standing arrangement of Siddha Suburbia Owners Welfare Association (SSOWA) formed by the Residents Only and planning an alternate method to bypass the law for Formation of RWA through the backdoor, before completion of all works.

We strongly condemn the autocratic and unilateral decisions of the management to raise the CAM and not provide appropriate facilities against it.

I, the resident and/or owner of the Siddha Suburbia Complex situated at Khasmallick Baruipur, urge the management to withdraw the notification of formation of Ad Hoc committee immediately.

I, Mrs Tapasi Rakshit along with my daughters Rituporna Rakshit and Sreeporna Rakshit. Owner of SSB/4/701 & SSB/4/702 STRONGLY OPPOSE the decision of SKYWARD/SIDDHA for formation of Adhoc committee. The management should immediately withdraw the notice from MyGate to Adhoc committee formation. This is completely unacceptable and unilateral decision no consent has been taken from any owner. Many GAPS between actual expenditure and maintenance charge that is being charged.

We, the owners of SSB/8/303 strongly oppose the one-sided decision of Skyward to form an ad-hoc Committee as a prelude to the formation of a RWA at Siddha Suburbia as they have yet to deliver promised amenities to the residents. Besides, we are in the dark as to what credibility and right Sktward has to take such a unilateral decision and impose it on residents as we bought our apartment from Siddha. We have grievances about not delivering promised amenities and mending constructional faults.

When representation already exists through a residents only body, creating another structure without broad resident consensus raises more questions than answers. A true RWA is built through due process, not shortcuts. Pending commitments and unfinished works should come first. Trust is earned through transparency, not notifications. I support the demand to withdraw this notification and respect residents collective voice.

I strongly oppose Skyward's proposal to form an ad hoc committee. This decision is not acceptable given the current status of the project. The project remains incomplete, with significant construction deficiencies and poor workmanship that have not been adequately addressed. Forming an ad hoc committee at this stage risks diverting attention from the outstanding issues that require immediate resolution and accountability. As an owner, I do not support or accept this proposal. SSB/08/702

Because developer has no right to form any committee for the society as this project is not completed. After completion RWA will be formed.

We strongly oppose Skyward's proposal to form an AD HOC committee at this moment of confussion looking at the current status of the project which emains incomplete, with significant construction deficiencies and poor workmanship that have not been adequately addressed. Forming a committee at this stage risks will be vague which will not be helpful at all for the residents ..We need immediate resolution and accountability from Skyward at the moment before the Ad Hoc committee is formed.
