I strongly object to Skyward's attempt to create an ad-hoc committee for this project. The project has been delivered with poor construction quality and inadequate maintenance standards. I purchased the flat from Siddha Group, and there is no mention of Skyward as a legal entity in my sale deed or ownership documents.

As an Owner, I believe that until our Residents' Welfare Association (RWA) is formed, any Owners' Committee should be formed and managed solely by the Owners through a fair, transparent, and democratic process, free from any involvement or influence of the Developer.
