Extend the time for final defense
Considering the current situation and closure of university , we are unable to proceed with a smooth data collection process , thus the completion of our research is handicapped. Through this petition , we put forth the urge to the respective authorities ( DEAN , HOD , DEFENCE PANELISTS) to cooperate with us and extend the final date , atleast after final semester exam.

As everyone knows, Quetta is being overwhelmed by issues that have not only disrupted our educational activities but also disturbed our data collection procedures. For that reason, we would expect the defence of the research study to be held after the final exams.
Due to the current situation, the university has remained closed throughout the week, and our work has been severely affected. As a result, we are unable to prepare adequately for the defense scheduled on the 16th. We respectfully request that the defense date be extended. May Allah protect Quetta and its people and bless the city with lasting peace.

The university’s closure for an entire week has significantly disrupted our research work. To make up for this lost time, we should be given an additional week to complete our preparation. Therefore, scheduling the research presentations after the final term exams would be the best option.
