We, the graduating class of 2021–2025, respectfully request an extension in the scheduled date of our final year thesis display by at least 4 weeks.

Due to a combination of factors, including delays in printing, mounting, and material arrangements, many students are struggling to complete their final setups in time. The current weather conditions in Faisalabad, which have been unbearably hot, are also making it increasingly difficult to work efficiently, especially during travel and coordination with external vendors. Moreover, the approaching days of Muharram are expected to bring further limitations in terms of working hours and availability of resources, as well as religious observances. We believe that a short extension, at the department’s convenience, would allow us to deliver our best work without compromising on quality or presentation.
