Thank you so much. This petition is not just about being against the rezoning. It’s also about keeping Limestone Trace from being opened up to more traffic. This neighborhood plan is by no means a “done deal”. There are 3 separate committees. Each of which have to approve this plan. Any one of them can deny the rezoning AND Limestone Trace access. It’s up to us.
IMPORTANT: Proposed re-zoning for increased housing density will negatively impact our neighborhood. Plat map image shows density and traffic flow. As all comments are welcome. It’s of the utmost importance that you sign this petition.

The city council cannot ignore the massive surge of opposition building against their reckless zoning plan. We have gathered enough momentum to prove that the residents of Limestone Trace will not let our streets be turned into a highway for their profit.

I've owned this house at 4235 limestone trace for 18 years. I live on the corner of Limestone and Greystone and my brick mailbox and vehicles have been hit by other vehicles driving too fast turning the corner to get to coopers lane. Please we need speed bumps and no more thru traffic from that new neighborhood.
I am not against having new neighbors. I simply want development to STAY within the CURRENT zoning regulations though. There has been some fantastic progress made over the past few years and Jeffersonville. I think we should stay on par. We also have far too much flooding in this area as it is.
My house is at 4156 Silver Slate Drive. Please do not open up Limestone Trace to more traffic.
My family of 4 do not want Dense housing attached to Creekstone Ridge neighborhood or anywhere close. Please vote NO to zoning request.
I would like my name added to this petition.
Any way we can get Limestone designated a private drive?

My husband & I have lived in Creekstone Ridge for over 20 years. We DO NOT want Limestone Trace to be open into Coopers Crossing subdivision ‼️. We feel it would adversely effect our traffic & wish to keep our Creekstone Ridge contained as much as we can for children & walkers safety as much as possible. Thank you for hearing our concerns.
