In the first two weeks of 2014, we have evidence of two separate Hawaii students, in two separate schools (one private, one public) who were referred to as a "Nigger" in an educational class, with a teacher present. We realize that, we need a Bill that requires state certified teachers to take a tolerance course/workshop to help them facilitate tolerance in the classroom.
