For the safety of our community - including our children, the elderly and also local drivers - please show your support for a ZEBRA CROSSING and BEACONS on STATION ROAD, Bourton on the Water by adding your name to this petition.

The crossing should be located opposite the new residential care homes leading to the path that accesses The Cotswold School, Bourton Primary School and Bourton itself.  The need for a zebra crossing has been long felt. 

Now, with even more children and elderly crossing this road (including during times when there is no lollipop service), as well as increased traffic volume, the need for a crossing and beacons has become a matter of urgency.
