We the undersigned petition Solihull Council to install zebra crossing facilities on Cranmore Boulevard at the junction of Northland Road outside Cranmore Infant School. Cranmore Boulevard is a very busy road and lacks any suitable pedestrian crossing. A crossing warden is provided at the start and end of school but there is nothing in place for nursery and pre-school children arriving and leaving at lunchtime and additional out of hours activity. Cars regularly speed on this road and park on double yellow lines and as such these safety measures will prevent a serious accident.
