We the undersigned, Cellcom and Golan Telecom customers, demand that the wireless phone service be improved on Pitom Haketoret Street in Efrat, Israel. Current coverage is spotty, unreliable or non-existent. Numerous efforts have been made by individuals to correct the issue by contacting Cellcom and Golan Telecom directly; to no avail. Cellcom tower provided coverage was sufficient up until 4-6 months ago when it inexplicably deteriorated to its current unusable form. Cell phones, once a convenience, are now a necessity, especially in this community. Coverage in this area is critical in times of need and response. Most, if not all, customers elected to enter into contract with Cellcom/Golan with the consideration and enticement that the Cellcom towers provided the strongest coverage in the area. Cellcom/Golan have now materially breached their contractual obligations by not providing reasonable/useable cell phone coverage. Unless the coverage issue is corrected in a timely manner: 1) we the undersigned are prepared to join together and switch providers to a company that can provide us adequate and/or better coverage; and 2) legal action will be taken to seek compensation for damages resulting from Cellcom's/Golan's material breach of the terms of the phone coverage contract, including, but not limited to the added cost of using the Bezeq line necessitated by the lack of cell phone coverage.
