St. James Town is way too crowded for kids to just be hanging around outside. We need real spaces for them to go after school so they dont get into trouble. Give them something positive to do.

YES! so many kids here have nothing to do and it shows. keeps them off the streets and actually learning something useful. do the right thing for the neighborhood.
