ridiculous that we have to keep asking for this. keep our streets safe for the kids.
Enough is enough. These kids need something to do besides hang on street corners. Fix this mess before more families have to bury their sons.

CITY IS GETTING DANGEROUS. START FUNDING THESE PROGRAMS NOW OR IT WILL JUST GET WORSE.
