I support the Columbia County's Industrial Development Agency's proposed PILOT of fifteen (15) years in order to bring the Kohl's Department store to Greenport Commons, which will create jobs, increase sales tax revenues, and create a unique shopping experience for the people of Columbia County and surrounding areas.

Jobs are jobs. If Kohls wants to build here we should let them. Its better than the area just sitting empty like it has been for years!

We need this in Columbia County bad. Tired of driving all the way to Albany just to get decent clothes for the kids. Bring it here already.
