PLEASE HELP!
Our department Dean wants to cut down the Chinese program at CSU, and we want to show him that there are still students who enjoy and and want to keep learning Mandarin Chinese.

I have been meeting with students who are terrified about losing their language classes and the community we built together. Please keep sharing your reasons for needing this program so the Dean understands that Mandarin is not just a line item on a budget.

Seeing this level of support reminds me why I fought so hard to keep these classes alive for my fellow students. We are proving that this program is far too vital to simply disappear.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Mandarin is a huge part of why this school is unique. Keep it going!
Culture is a very important aspect our country and students should be allowed to experience it. Please don't take that option from them!
