This petition is in regards to the Motorola Xoom's capability of expandable memory via SD card. To date, all Xooms sold have not been able to utilize this feature due to the fact that a future software update is required in order to enable this capability. As of this date, Motorola has given consumers no official statement on when the software update would be available. This petition will be used to try to encourage Motorola to present its customers with an official statement on the status of the issue and estimated timeline for when the software update will be available.
