After the recent revelation from X1 Lettings that there will be ongoing construction of a Block C on X1 the Campus, we are seeking to create a petition and letter from the residents in hopes of seeking a rent reduction and compensation for the inconveniences it has already caused and will continue to cause. Many of the tenants that have spoken on the Facebook Group have expressed how they were not told anything about the construction of a Block C and we believe this entitles us to reclaim some of our rent money (and reduce future rent payments) as the expectations of this ‘premium’ accommodation have not been met.
