Wyndham Residents' Petition for Verizon to Revegitate and Repair
Landscaping, electric wiring and the sprinkler system were damaged during Verizon's development-wide installation of their FIOS lines several months ago.
We need them to be accountable for the damage and take proper steps by either providing the funds for, or overseeing the remedial work necessary ie placing sod, replanting bushes, fixing damaged electric wiring and structures as well as the damage to the sprinkler system.
If Verizon does not provide a contract within the next 6 weeks as of April 26, 2019, ie by June 7, 2019, there will be legal action taken against them.
As a Wyndham resident, please show your agreement by signing this by April 23, 2019.
If anyone has any reason to not want to sign, it would be helpful to post in the group.

We would like to be reimbursed for the $100 we had to spend because they locked our utility closet without consulting us first. Somehow while they were in there they shut off our water heater!!

They cut right through my sprinkler lines and then just left dirt mounds everywhere. My lawn is destroyed and Verizon wont answer any of my calls about it.
