Calling all eyecare professionals to take a stand against the discontinuation of VSP's Classic eClaim! Let's see if we can convince them to not force us to use the modern eClaim version and have a CHOICE to either use both or keep the Classic eClaim version that we are all so used to! Eyefinity is completely ignoring the reality of our daily workflow by pushing this forced switch. Their refusal to listen to the people actually performing these claims is an insult to every office trying to keep things running efficiently.

The original is so much easier to use while the new version makes you scroll through everything even if it's its not being filed for. Also the new version always requires the address to be entered while the old will pull it most of the time.
The new system doesn't work on my office computer. Please don't make me use something that requires that I have one computer for exclaim and another one for my operating system. Please!!
Don’t fix what’s not broken!! I miss “track outstanding authorizations” &&&& “HCPS/CPT Descriptions”
The new system increases our time to submit claims . Would be nice if VSP would allow electronic submissions through our clearinghouse at least for the exam ! The new platform is awful and COB claims will take more time to submit all the allowables and payments from the primary Medical carrier .
New one is ok for pulling auths but it sucks for billing. We shouldn't be forced to use the new one if it's super confusing. That's time wasted at our offices
Glitchy new program and yes I tried it a few times. No added benefit for routine claim filing.

I have to suffer training employees on this?? KEEP THE OLD VERSION!! Or at least a version that is not inferior to the already not great process!
