We, the undersigned, are appalled at the proposed location of an Eco Art Hub within Woodside Cemetery grounds. This is the SECOND TIME in twelve years the cemetery has been under threat in this way and although we are not against the project itself, we fiercely object to the proposed location within the cemetery grounds.
The cemetery should remain a peaceful place where people can pay their respects. To use the cemetery grounds in this way is disrespectful, outrageous and immoral, and says very little about the society that condones it.
Thank you for your support.
The administration remains silent despite our push, but your signatures prove they cannot ignore our community much longer. Call the planning office today to demand they move this project away from our gravesites.

The momentum behind this effort is undeniable and proves how many people truly care about protecting this sacred space. Now is the time to turn that energy into action by emailing your city council representative to demand they relocate this hub.

Cemeteries are for mourning and remembrance. Not for an art hub. LEAVE IT ALONE.

Seriously? There is so much empty land elsewhere but they pick the cemetery. Disgraceful.

This is completely wrong. My grandparents are buried there and they deserve peace not some noisy art project. Have some respect for the dead.
