Dear Baker Residential Management, On behalf of the Single Family homeowners residing at Woodside Knolls, we all would like Baker Residential Management to be aware of certain conditions in the community in hopes they will be addresses (please see below). Hazardous/poor landscaping in a several areas throughout the community. Pictures will be provided by homeowners. Tools left behind in backyards of homeowners where children actively play (major safety concern). In several backyards there are unleveled grounds that need to be leveled to ensure the safety of the residents.
