To Whom it May Concern,

We are concerned about accidents happening on Woodlake and Burbank. We would like to place a 4-way stoplight system on these streets. We are concerned about this because one of our member's mom got in a car accident there. Maddy, or the member we spoke of earlier, was only four years old. Luckily, Maddy was at home when this incidet occurred. A lady first smashed into a boy riding his bicycle and had to go to the emergency room. She then proceeded to crash intoMaddy's mother and her car. Another member had a family incident there. Her dog escaped to the main street and was tragically hit by a car.

We have already contacted the Mayor and the called back telling us that they would send someone to investigate to see if the stoplights are needed.
