What do you think of when i say biometrics
The future, The way forward and new technological advances of our ages.
We are constantly being fed this propaganda and I for one am fed up of it .
We as a nation are one the most watched in the world, with CCTV around every street corner and satellites with the capabilities of tracking our location . The so-called freedom that we have is constantly being invaded by
the goverment wanting to exploit and control every point in our lives. The police can't even fingerprint children without serious and compelling reasons And, on even such occasions, their parents must be present. In this new system the parents consent is not even needed and the school claim that the fingerprint is discarded also the assertion that the print cannot be regenerated from the digital data is simply untrue and also misleading. All of the actual print is not recorded because it doesn't have to be. Only the salient points of the prints are needed to create a unique record. This is called a template. Something like a contour map which gives only the high points of a landscape.
In fact the digital record is the print. As such it is a unique record personal to each individual-stored on a computer as a binary number. It is a unique identifier.
Computers can be hacked, compromised, stolen. Identity theft can follow from that.
Fingerprinting then, is surely to be done only in exceptional circumstances for adults - never for children except in extraordinarily exceptional circumstances.
What is extraodinarily exceptional about Woodbridge High School wanting to speed up its school meals queues The answer is - nothing. So there must be really another reason for fingerprinting. But what
There is a resistance movement out there with companies such as NO2ID trying to stop ID cards coming into action, we are winning the fight at the moment

This is what our children are being exposed too and comforted into the idea of living in a 'Big Brother' society .
**Also did you know that these systems are known to cost £20,000 and over and the school claims that it does not have money to improve the school site as a whole - with things such as the school field etc. Also the systems are not always reliable and shut down contradicting the very reason they were put in therefore increasing 'queuing time'**
We do have a chance though and by you signing this petition you are making a great difference and helping to support our cause and preventing our children from being introduced into this system in our school.
Thank you.
This is way over the line. Kids deserve privacy and they shouldnt be treated like criminals just to buy their lunch at school. Get this out of our schools!

Ridiculous. No way my child is getting scanned. What happens if that database gets hacked? Keep their hands off our kids personal data.
