This petition is to move WMD 16 from the north zone to the south zone for hunting waterfowl. This change will present much more opportunity for waterfowl hunters due to the later migration of waterfowl.

Move it south. The migration has been changing for years and we need to adapt the dates so we can actually hunt.

The birds dont even show up until the north zone is already closed. Makes no sense to keep it that way when we are missing out on weeks of season.
