The momentum behind this memorial is undeniable and shows that the city can no longer ignore the legacy of the Hill family. It is time for the local authorities to stop stalling and finally acknowledge these men who risked everything in the Niagara River.

A memorial for my grandfather (Red Hill Sr.) is long overdue. The parks commission should have done it years ago.
It's about time they are honored for all the things they did around Niagara Falls ! I'm not just saying it because he is my great grandfather, but he, and his sons, did do so many rescues/retrievals, not to mention their own stunts as well as helping many other daredevils in trying to defeat the Falls.
the Hill family should finally be recognized for their bravery and knowledge of the Niagara River. It would bring knowledge and pride to our community.
Supporting our local heroes in the NIAGARA Community. We all need to step up & have our voices heard.
I think it is a great idea. My dad Adam was a friend of Red and always talks about him.
This is long overdue. Shame on those responsible for him not being recognized by now. It should have been done before his death many years ago. People have done less and gotten far more recognition than he has. Typical politicians.

Red Hill is a local legend. To commemorate him with a monument by the mighty Niagara is very fitting. Let's make it happen!
